Was selling a motherboard and processor combo to Arthur2k.

Arthur2k promised payment several times but never sent it, citing problems with PayPal. I had not received payment in two weeks, and thus re-sold the item.

Arthur2k would only reply to messages every few days; communication was sluggish at best. As of now, I have not heard from Arthur2k in 9 days. His Anandtech profile shows that he has not logged in for a week, so perhaps something is going on in real life?

I\'m giving a neutral rating because I only lost time on this transaction. I did not get the impression that Arthur2k was out to deceive me; rather, it seems like something might be going on that is preventing him from effectively buying online.
